Sheva is an engagement manager and co-lead for the sustainability and energy practice in Sweden and Norway at Implement Consulting Group, the largest Nordic management consultancy.

She has a proven track record of managing large and diverse projects and programs across various of industries. Her experience spans critical aspects of any sustainability transformation journey, including strategy development and cascading, organizational change readiness, and commercial value creation.

Prior to her consulting career, she worked in the industry as a project leader responsible for integration of the decarbonization agenda into daily operations at IKEA, one of the world's most recognized leaders in sustainability.
